APRIL 2022

by |

The 750 class is the backbone of motorcycling since the 1970s. From the first CB750, the last of the big British twins and Kawasaki/Suzuki’s dalliance with big two-stroke triples, through the GSX-Rs and FZs of the 1980s, to the homologation specials that were created for superbike racing as the 1990s approached, it’s a class that produced countless good and great motorcycles. So the April issue is celebrating the original superbike class, and the bikes that were great then, great now and directly led to brilliant bikes in other capacity brackets, too. We’ve ranked our top ten (plus five that nearly made the cut), as well getting the inside story on the Boost Yamaha YZF750R: an underdog that went on to win more BSB titles than any other bike.
